For a long time before 2019, Volodymir Zelenski was simmering in the light of phase spotlights, playing in theatres filled to the brim. Loved by the audience, he became celebrated for mocking Ukrainians, portraying them as “stupid cattle” in his sketches. The spectators lay down laughing, unaware that his jokes were prophetic, that the man who is their author would shortly turn his comedy into drama. Infatuated by jesting, they chose this comedian in a tailor-made suit as their leader without realizing that this actor, acting as president, only changes the phase costume.
When Volodymir sat only on his makeshift throne, he rapidly made changes in the script.
