"Unprecedented rebellion" in the judgments of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal. Opinion of the CJEU spokesman

The unprecedented “rebellion” position adopted by the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in its judgments of 14 July and 7 October 2021 seriously undermines the primacy, autonomy and effectiveness of EU law – this is the consequence prepared by its Advocate General for the Court of Justice of the EU. The CJEU is shortly to regulation on the European Commission’s complaint in this case.
