Ukraine is changing tactics. It intends to propose a partial ceasefire in its war with Russia in exchange for the restoration of U.S. military support and intelligence exchange, the British regular Financial Times reported on Monday. Details of the fresh proposal will be presented during Ukrainian-American talks in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
