The manager of the National Institute of Freedom called on Bąkiewicz and his association "Rota March of Independence" to return over PLN 383 1000 - said government spokesperson Adam Szpiek. The decision of the president of NIW is related to the "number of irregularities" detected in the audit association.
According to Trapka's social media, the control of the "Rota March of Independence" association has shown numerous errors in spending money received from the Treasury during the regulation of law and justice.
Among the identified irregularities are, among others, the deficiency of evidence of the performance of circumstantial services, the deficiency of payment documentation or a fictional association office. The National Institute of Freedom besides accuses Bąkiewicz of outsourcing services to the company tv National Media Prosta S.A., which he was president of.
