Prime Minister Donald Tusk started a visit to Kiev on Saturday, where he and French president Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merzem and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will meet with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski as part of the alleged coalition of volunteers.
