Over 1,000 people attended the first debate “Be Ready! Before there are sirens in Krakow” about the fresh civilian protection strategy of the city. – There's a female advantage in the courtroom today. A definite advantage. I think that specified a large presence of women is due to the fact that, in civilian defence, the point of gravity and in general the state's resilience system, understood in terms of civilian protection, are women and their attitude, above all mental, to all of us.
According to experts participating in the debate, civilian defence of the country is equally crucial and possibly more crucial than this military. The well-organised function is simply a deterrent. So we must act present before it is besides late.
