This is what Putin is waiting for. Bloomberg: He may agree to a ceasefire with Ukraine

According to Bloomberg, Vladimir Putin may agree to a ceasefire with Ukraine, but only if his conditions are met. The Kremlin is demanding: a halt to deliveries of Western weapons to Ukraine, a neutral position for Ukraine, i.e. abandonment of plans to join NATO, and a simplification in the size of the Ukrainian army.
