This is how much Poland is to pay for each U.S. soldier. Polish taxpayers will cover the cost.

On Friday, September 25, in an interview with Radio Free Europe, Paweł Zalewski revealed that Poland will not only bear the costs of building the U.S. base but will besides pay for each U.S. soldier stationed on its territory. The amount in question is said to be $15,000 per year for each soldier.
