Spanish media: Russia is luring foreigners into its army through deception

A global recruitment network created by the Kremlin has lured thousands of foreigners into the Russian army, including hundreds of Peruvians, according to the Spanish regular “ABC” and the magazine “Politico.” The recruitment process began with the promise of a lucrative occupation in safety and ended with them being sent to the front lines.
