West under pressure. British General: Russian spending on the North Fleet does not decrease

Russian spending on the improvement of the North Fleet does not decrease despite the prolonged war in Ukraine, reported British Royal Navy commander Gen. Gwyn Jenkins on Tuesday. He besides pointed out that Moscow's aggressive actions put the West before a hard challenge.
