Russia's EU neighbours cut off illegal trade in fuel from trucks

Lithuania has joined the EU's neighbours Russia and Belarus in countering the illegal trade in cheaper fuel from the East. Truck drivers are taking advantage of the Gulf War to gain money on the resale of Russian fuels in the Community simply from tanks.
