Russia's EU neighbours cut illegal trade in fuel from the truck

Lithuania has joined the EU's neighbours Russia and Belarus to counter illegal trade in cheaper fuel from the East. Tires drivers are utilizing the Gulf War to resell Russian fuels from gas tanks in the Community.
