In connection with the amendments adopted by the Polish Parliament to the Act on Patient Rights and on the Patient Rights Ombudsman and the Act on the profession of doctor and dentist, PPRAZ asked the president of Poland Andrzej Duda to veto these statutory amendments and to forward them to the Constitutional Court, as they violate the constitutional rights of parents and will origin the disintegration of many families. The petition was accompanied by competent legal opinions.
