Does disinheriting always effectively deprive the right to keep? In a household dispute that went all the way to the ultimate Court (Event No. I CSK 1992/24), the relation between the contents of the will, the force in the household home, the breaking of household ties and the grounds for disinheritment with Article 1008 of the civilian Code was analysed. There's a resolution on the case.
