Judge of the Constitutional Tribunal: the Tribunal may not issue protective provisions

The Constitution does not grant the Constitutional Court any anticipation of ‘suspending’ the contested provision until the judgement has been given. This was the conclusion of Andrzej Zielonack, justice of the Constitutional Tribunal.
