The decision of the Extraordinary Control Chamber of the ultimate Court to reject the extraordinary complaint due to its signature by Jacek Bilewicz as Deputy Prosecutor General was based on an erroneous explanation of the provisions of the Law on the Prosecutor's Office, said Przemysław Nowak, spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office, on Wednesday.
