The Constitutional Tribunal informed that the European Court of Human Rights does not have the competence to decide on the issue of the constitutional strategy of the bodies of the Republic of Poland or to execute the function of a labour court. In this way, he referred to the precautionary decision concerning 4 of the six judges of the Constitutional Tribunal elected by the Sejm in March.
