The ECtHR demands information from Polish regarding the judges of the Constitutional Tribunal

The European Court of Human Rights said in a message on Wednesday that it had asked the Polish authorities to supply information on the situation of 4 of the six judges elected by the Sejm to the Constitutional Tribunal on 13 March.
