ETPCz requests information from Poland on Constitutional Court judges

The European Court of Human Rights submitted in its Wednesday communication that it asked the Polish authorities to supply – by 20 May – information on the situation of 4 of the six judges elected on 13 March by the Sejm to the Constitutional Court.
