When the head of Ukrainian diplomacy was in Warsaw, and Donald Tusk in Ankara spoke of a historical breakthrough, the heads of defence departments of France, Germany, Italy, large Britain and Poland met in Paris. There were besides representatives of Ukraine, NATO and the European Union.
