Jarosław Jagura: Officials should recognise single-sex marriage

Officials should omit the judgement of the Constitutional Court and, in the form of transcriptions, recognise single-sex marriages concluded abroad. I hope that the offices will be guided primarily by the indications of European law – says Jarosław Jagura's lawyer from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
