Officials should ignore the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal and admit same-sex marriages concluded abroad in the form of transcripts. I hope that the offices will be guided primarily by the indications of European law," says lawyer Jarosław Jagura from the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
