Tens of thousands of invalid votes. The National Electoral Commission points out errors

85,813 votes cast in the first circular of the presidential election were invalid, the National Electoral Commission announced at a press conference. The president of the National Electoral Commission, Sylwester Marciniak, said that 60,239 ballots were empty.
