Can 13 committees save the country? We don't know. But we know 1 thing: people are not adequate "click, click, lose, go to sleep."
There are moments in the political life of a nation where 1 more cross can mean the end of democracy and at the same time... of its survival. Sounds paradoxical? Welcome to Poland 2025, where elections are no longer a celebration of democracy, but alternatively her bachelor organization – emotional, chaotic and ended with individual with whom no 1 planned to build a common future.

Rafał Trzaskowski's staff announced that he would protest. And large – yet something happens! After weeks of post-election boredom, erstwhile everyone had just scrolled memes with a "second circular of frustration", abruptly we felt electricity in the air again. Cezary Tomczyk announced an authoritative electoral protest. Data from over 31 1000 commissions are said to be clear: something is not playing here, especially where Trzaskowski was the top in the first round. Suddenly, as with touching a magic pen, the increase of invalid votes with a double X. It's like people abruptly can't decide whether they're more in favour of Rafał or possibly the seismic movement of their hand.
Is that adequate to undermine the election? The question is: are we in Hollywood or in Warsaw? due to the fact that only in the first case can 1 imagine that 13 committees will save the full country. Experts reduce emotions – to reverse the result, it takes thousands of committees to number the votes. And not just out of curiosity, but with a real chance to correct 185,000 votes. This is not a correction – this is simply a fresh exam.
But you know what? It's okay. due to the fact that there is something beautiful about this fever of protests – proof that we inactive care. That people are not adequate “click, click, okay, we lost, we go to sleep”. Nope. People want justice. Or at least – a good reason why it was missing again.
Trzaskowski does not throw forks at the system. He wants – at least officially – to "defence democracy". You can laugh, you can turn your eyes, but if even 1 committee did replace the candidate And with candidate B, that deserves an analysis. Or, at least, for a good part of paper in history, signed "oops, our mistake."
We don't know how this ends. possibly nothing will change, possibly SN will motion and say, "Procedures preserved, live on." But maybe, really, this protest will open your eyes and clear your conscience. Like in a theatre where the finale isn't about who beats who, but who understands more.
So let's stick to that hope, even if it's based on a cross made in the incorrect place. due to the fact that possibly this second cross will remind us that democracy is not just a choice. It's besides a responsibility. And any luck with the pen.
