Tadeusz Płużański: Territorials service Poland, like "Mścisław"

On 23 November 1897, in the village of Małachowice-Gustawów in the Włoszczów territory of the Kielce Governorate, Władysław Liniarski, later a colonel of the Polish Army, pseudonym "Mścisław", was born. In today's Poland, he became the patron of the Podlaska Territorial defence Brigade.
