Święczkowski Tribunal finds the opinion of the CJEU spokesperson a “gross misconduct”

The Advocate General of the CJEU assessed that the Polish Constitutional Tribunal "cannot be considered an independent, impartial and legally established court within the meaning of EU law" and its anti-EU judgments were a form of rebellion against the EU order. The Constitutional Tribunal rejects this opinion, but it is clear that improvement of the Tribunal taken over by PiS is necessary
