Supreme Court asks CJEU about judge's dependence on political power

The ultimate Court has submitted preliminary questions to the CJEU concerning, among another things, the dependence of a justice on political power - the court reported in a statement. As stated, the questions concern the judge's public support for changes in the justice system, consisting of "removing from office" about 3 1000 judges. This concerns the planned improvement of the judiciary.
