The Constitutional Tribunal has made a groundbreaking decision for around 150,000 seniors who were allegedly treated unfairly in the substance of their pensions. Their benefits are shortly to increase by an average of PLN 1,200 per month, and there will be compensations of up to PLN 63,000.
