Final judgement in the case concerning justice Juszczyszyn

The Court of Appeal in Białystok decided that the resolution of the now defunct Disciplinary Chamber of the ultimate Court on the suspension of justice Paweł Juszczyszyn, issued by a body that was unconstitutional, must be removed from the database of judgments. The case was brought by a justice against the State Treasury - the ultimate Court. The judgement is final.
