Süddeutsche Zeitung: the enemy for Nawrock is the EU and Germany

Polish president Karol Nawrocki has shown that his enemy is the European Union and Germany – writes the German paper "Süddeutsche Zeitung", commenting on the President's veto for the SAFE programme.
