An American-style town in western Poland could be built in 2029

The U.S. may make a final decision in December on the construction of a permanent U.S. Army base in Poland. A peculiar law will be needed for the construction, due to the fact that building the base is, in effect, building a tiny town for 5,000 soldiers and their families. Likely locations include Wrocław, Oleśnica, Poznań, or Szczecin.
