Sources in Russian services the reason for the arrests of spies in Europe?

The series of arrests of Russian spies in Europe in fresh weeks may be the consequence of information obtained from a origin in Russian services, according to erstwhile head of the CIA facility in Moscow John Sipher. He claims that despite this, Russia inactive has more spies in the West than the West does in Russia.
