Sikorski hit Russia's weak spot. The jury answers

The head of the Russian MFA Sergey Lawrow commented on the message of the head of the Polish diplomacy Radosław Sikorski, who reminded that the USSR had broken up without overcoming the costs of the arms race. He referred to the fresh summit in The Hague, where NATO countries committed to raising arms spending to 5% of GDP and considered Russia a permanent threat.
