The German company PD Sicherheit will buy 2 M-28 aircraft from PZL Mielec for parachute training. The first 1 is due to hit for Oder already next year, and the second 1 in 2027. The Mielec plant does not disclose the value of the contract, but acknowledges that it includes not only aircraft but besides service and spare parts.
PD Sicherheit is simply a German defence and education company that specializes in organizing specialized trainings for the military and uniformed services, primarily parachute training. Since 2017, the company uses Polish M-28 aircraft. It presently has 4 aircraft in its fleet produced by PZL Mielec..and shortly it will be enriched with 2 more copies. On 25 November, a Polish company belonging to the American company Lockheed Martin informed that it had signed a contract with a German company (no value was revealed), under which it would deliver 1 M-28 05 aircraft in 2026 and the another in the following year.

Developed in the early 1990s, the M-28 (Skytruck/Bryza) aircraft is 1 of the flagship betting products from Mielec. So far, the Polish aviation company has produced over a 100 copies, which went to customers from all over the world, especially to the military and uniform formations.
The advantage of the Polish plan is simply a wide selection of specialist versions – PZL Mielec offers M-28 in passenger, transport, passenger and transport configuration, VIP/SALON, landing, medical evacuation, sea patrol and search and rescue (SAR).
The largest user of the M-28 is the Polish Army, which has almost 40 copies of them – in version M-28 Bryza, and from abroad army – the Venezuelan armed forces, which have a fleet of 11 copies. Many Skytrucks besides have an army of Nepal in their equipment – 5 copies and plans to buy more. The first 2 were contracted over 20 years ago, in 2001, and after losing 1 of the machines in 2017, she bought 2 in 2019 and another 2 in 2023.
