Russia: BWP go to the army. More and better

As in the case of [early deliveries](https://defence24.pl/industrial/more-car-tank-to-Russian-soldiers) the number of wagons donated to the army was not given. Only it was reported that the January batch of vehicles (perhaps that is now being informed) was 40% higher than the first assumption. As in [the erstwhile case](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/Russian-received-bmp-3) the vehicle supplies received additional equipment (including WRE systems) and reinforced armor.
