The video that caused the storm in the media shows a senator speaking insults to others. The case was commented on by legislature marshal Margaret Kidawa-Błońska, but her reaction may be controversial.
What precisely happened at the fresh parliamentary house?

Response of the legislature Marshal: “This is simply a substance a fewer months ago”
Margaret Kidawa-Błońska, commenting on the case on Radio ZET, stated that the incidental took place a fewer months ago and was already explained. “This is simply a substance a fewer months ago, indeed there has been a very uncultural, shameful behaviour in a bar in a fresh parliamentary house. This is no longer the Sejm, this is not the Senate, this is simply a hotel facility. I have been informed that the Marshal's defender intervened in this case, that there has been a sharp exchange of views between senators, Members of various political options. The case was calmed down here," said the marshal.
Why wasn't there an authoritative complaint?
Kidawa-Błońska admitted that no 1 had filed an authoritative complaint against Senator Mound, which prevented formal steps being taken. – No 1 has officially written a complaint against the [senator] Member, due to the fact that in specified a situation I can file a complaint to the Rules of Procedure Committee. But the problem of alcohol abuse in the Sejm and the legislature is immense – she noted.
The Marshal besides added that if a akin situation had taken place in the plenary, she would have acted immediately. “If this were the case in the plenary, I would immediately request [the punishment]. On the another hand, if this happened outside the legislature building, if there is simply a request to the Rules of Procedure committee, then the Rules of Procedure committee will examine the full case – she explained.
Will the case be investigated?
Kidawa-Błońska confirmed that if individual lodges a complaint, she will be investigated. “Yes, if individual lodges a complaint today, it will be handled,” she added. However, the deficiency of an authoritative conclusion makes the full situation without consequences for Senator Mound.
Controversy over alcohol abuse in parliament
The case highlighted a wider problem of political abuse within the Sejm and the Senate. As the marshal admitted, this is simply a serious problem that needs solving. “The problem with alcohol abuse in the Sejm and legislature is huge,” emphasised Kidawa-Błońska.
