Russia is sending soldiers with intellectual disabilities to the front in Ukraine, the British paper 'Telegraph' wrote on Thursday. The paper cited sources in the Ukrainian military, who reported at least 5 specified cases. There is besides evidence in the form of statements from Russian soldiers.
