Russians with a choice: either to go to prison or to prison

The Kremlin has expressly introduced a decree shifting the work to Russians for receiving mobilization calls and joining the army. If Russian citizens do not comply with this, they will first have their citizenship rights restricted (e.g. to drive vehicles, start a business and take loans), and later they will be locked up in prisons or labour camps.
