Russian attack on civilians in Sumy. Consequences drawn against local authorities

The Ukrainian government has approved the dismissal of the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Artiuk. The decision is related to Sunday's rocket attack on Sumy, in which 35 people died.
