Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the Russian president, criticized the thought of transferring frozen Russian assets to Ukraine. He threatened serious legal and judicial consequences. He was responding to the words of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who addressed an appeal to the leaders of European Union countries in February.
