Georgia is 5 minutes distant from dictatorship, assessed prof. Sergi Kapanadze, manager of the GRASS think tank, in an interview with PAP. According to him, the country's ruling Georgian Dream organization has already taken full control of the executive, judicial and legislative branches of government, with the only opposition coming from civilian society.
