"The Odesa region is experiencing 1 of the most massive attacks from the enemy. civilian facilities and energy and industrial infrastructure were damaged overnight. (...) According to preliminary data, 2 people were wounded," Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa regional administration, reported. Local portal Dumska reported that Odesa was attacked with strike drones and rockets. "Explosions reverberated in various districts of the city. (...) Light, water and heat disappeared, practically throughout the city," the site reported.
