Peace in the waters of the Black Sea has been disrupted again. A massive fire occurred on a Turkish car ferry in the Ukrainian port of Odesa as a consequence of being hit by a missile. The incidental prompted a strong consequence from Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky.
