The Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs threatens Poland with a "painful response" after the decision to retreat the Russian consulate's approval to operate in Poznań. Moscow sees this step as "another enemy" from the authorities in Warsaw – said MFA spokesperson Maria Zacharowa on Tuesday.
