Russian subcaster liable for control 2 and unboxing video leaks is not afraid of Nintendo's lawsuit

A Russian player who has published a long movie of the control 2 unpacking is not afraid of a suit from Nintendo. Podcaster bought the console and claims he did not violate any copyright. Furthermore, Nintendo's decision to halt operating in Russia makes it hard to prosecute that person.
