The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw will deal with the notification submitted by neoTK nepreser Bogdan Święczkowski (former PiS-related politician), who accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk, ministers and parliamentarians of the anticipation of committing a coup. Now the case went to the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw, where it will be dealt with by the appointed prosecutor. “Today, the national prosecutor Dariusz Korneluk sent the announcement of the “President of the Constitutional Court” of Bogdan Świętczkowski to the territory Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw to examine this notice,” said Anna Adamiak during a press conference.
The full documentation previously collected by Michał Ostrowski went to the Warsaw prosecutor's office. The unit manager will appoint a prosecutor to handle this case.
