The president of the TK corresponds to the ETPC. Święczkowski: 4 elected by the Sejm are not judges of the Court

In his position sent to ETPCz, the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, stressed that he did not block 4 candidates elected by the Sejm to the Constitutional Court because, in his opinion, they did not gain the position of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal. He besides added that the case belongs to the exclusive competence of the Constitutional Court.
