Prime Minister Donald Tusk: We are not at war

There is no reason to say present that we are in a state of war, but there is no uncertainty that this provocation is incomparably more dangerous from the point of view of Poland than before - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk in the Sejm on Wednesday.
