Poland wants PLN 180 billion with SAFE. VAT problem can rise prices

In the next 50 days, we should conclude a tens of billions of PLN agreement to acquisition arms from the EU's SAFE Instrument. However, for now there is inactive no agreement between MON and MF on VAT.
