Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz has reached an agreement with the Mayor of Chełm, Jakub Banaszek, associated with the Law and Justice party, on the creation of the Museum of Remembrance of the Victims of the Volhynian Massacre as a branch of the Polish Army Museum.
