Liquidation of the CBA returns to the Sejm

The legislature has introduced 11 method and legislative amendments to the act liquidating the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau as of 1 October. After that date – if the presidential signature is found under the act – part of the competences of the Bureau will be taken over by the Police, the interior safety Service and the National gross Service, and anti-corruption protection will be dealt with by the Police, the interior safety Service and the interior safety Agency.
