Colonel Jarosław Kowalski Deputy Commander WOT

By decision of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, on 29 September 2025 for the post And Deputy Commander of the Territorial Defence Army was appointed Colonel Jarosław Kowalski, the erstwhile Commander of the 4th Warmia-Masurian OT Brigade.
