Minister of Defence of Slovakia: we request fresh defence solutions

During the Polish-Slovak Defence-Industrial Dialogue, the Minister of Defence of Slovakia, Robert Kaliíčk, took the chance to draw attention to the challenges of modern armed conflicts. He stressed that what is presently happening in the mediate East shows that any advanced and costly defence technologies can only function for a short time in an intense conflict. He highlighted the request to search fresh solutions to keep the competitiveness and effectiveness of defence systems, while at the same time being more resistant to modern safety challenges.
